We have an existing portfolio of owned tenanted properties and are looking to expand our activities by taking on additional properties, especially HMOs. - You rent your property to us for up to five to seven years and let us take care of everything
- You receive an agreed guaranteed rent every month based on size, condition and location
- We pay all utilities and council tax as well as maintenance, cleaning etc etc
- We put our professional tenants into your property, and manage all tenant issues and problems
- You get paid whether we put tenants into the property, or not
- We will maintain the property to a good standard, and will return it in an improved condition
- At the end of the period we either return the property to you or buy it from you at an agreed price.
In any event the rent I agree with you is what you will get every month, and I won’t be charging you any management fees.
